Our friend and one of the farmers featured in FTN, Jim Knopik (of Fullerton, Nebraska), just passed along this video series of Kevin Fulton explaining some of the problems he sees with animal welfare and rural ecology resulting from the use of Confined Animal Feeding Operations or CAFOs.
